Periodicum Iuris is an international, biannually published, and peer-reviewed journal. All manuscripts are subjected to initial appraisal by the editorial board and when find suitable evaluated through at least a double-blind peer-review process.

The main object of the journal is to contribute to national and international legal literature by means of publishing original and scientific articles that are in the field of law and a diverse cross-section of topics related to law.

The journal can publish research articles, review articles, case-reviews, translations, technical notes, and book-reviews. The Journal is primarily published in Turkish and English. However, it can also publish articles in German, French, and Italian.

The manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original work, should not be published elsewhere or be under review process in any other journal. The authors are expected to submit a written statement and comply with their commitment in this regard.

Periodicum Iuris is committed to academic publishing principles and values and adheres to COPE publication ethics directives and best practice guidelines.

2. Authors can only submit a single manuscript for a certain issue.

3. Periodicum Iuris does not charge evaluation, publication, and processing fees from the Authors.

4. The authors must provide their academic titles, affiliations, phone numbers, and emails. The authors are also expected to provide their ORCID numbers where they can access from the following address: https://orcid.org/register .

5. All the manuscripts that are submitted to the journal will be evaluated through a plagiarism check program. This percentage must not exceed 15%.

6. Research articles must be between 5000 and 10.000 words excluding the abstracts and bibliography. Manuscripts other than research articles shall not be less than 3000 words.

7. The manuscripts must include abstracts between 150 to 300 words and up to 5 keywords.

8. The manuscripts should be written in Times New Roman font 12, single line spacing; the footnotes must be written in Times New Roman font 10 and with single line spacing.

9. All manuscripts must contain a bibliography.

Periodicum Iuris adheres to a publishing policy based on academic principles and values, and is committed to the "Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors" and "Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers" of the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE).
